What is an academy?

An academy is where people of the common interest in Yu-Gi-Oh! and test their skills, see where they rank, and earn prizes from deck lists to our currency (Stardust) and from GFX designs to possible dorm-ups.

How do I get in a different dorm after I have already tested?

After testing it is possible to test more times. After the very first test it is required to buy a retest item from the SDA Main Shop for each test. Each member can only test once per week. On occasion there will be some official tournaments that can bring someone up a dorm.

What are Stardust?

Stardust are the currency of this forum. You can buy many things from the main shop as well as other people's deck and GFX shops.

How Can Stardust be Obtained by a Member?

Without owning any shops, the easiest way is to do the homework assignments. The reward is usually somewhere between 200-700 Stardust and one will be posted every week. The next easiest way is to participate in arena (Non-Dark Arena) duels. The winner will receive 100 Stardust per arena duel, which makes it fairly easy to get Stardust at a good rate. Certain posts may also give some. Also, recruiting gives Stardust for each member recruited.
