Name: Release Restraint

Description: Echo has four skills relating directly to her Sight. Each of these are channeled through her eyes, and can be cancelled from there. There are four levels of Release Restraint.

Release Restraint Level 1 - Echo creates slow-moving shock waves in a dome around her, slowly damaging everyone around her. The shock waves begin by causing minor head aches, and long durations can begin to cause hearing loss and even ruptured veins. One wave per post, and each wave costs 3 energy. It is a toggle ability, and the waves reach about 20 feet around her.

Release Restraint Level 2 - Echo shoots a beam of concentrated energy at a single target. The beam cannot be avoided, unless they leave the sight range of Echo. The beam's power varies with the amount of energy she decides to use, as does the range.

Release Restraint Level 3 - Echo uses an inverted version of the sight, rendering herself undetectable and invisible for a short duration. Her aura is entirely concealed, as is her physical body and all sounds associated. During this time, she cannot use any skills, and he strength is greatly reduced. The skill lasts for about 10 seconds, and costs 10 energy.

I would like to buy a choker for Alanna that allows her to use Lilac's vectoring powers in plot mode only, for 1 fight.

This includes Lilac's redirection.

Also this does not require Alanna to have any spirits to be able to use Lilac's Vectoring powers assuming its toggled ON.

On top of the armor, slightly thinner wires constantly spin around her like a ring surrounding her from head-to-toe.

Description: Willow channels all of her cosmic power to transport anyone she is immediately aware of into her Dream World. The effects within the Dream World are the same as Nightmares 1-3 (Sustained memory loss, negation of magic/spiritual abilities) however now the victims' souls are slowly cast into nothingness as well as their minds the longer they are in the Dream World. After 20 posts, the victims' souls and minds are completely burned away.

Description: Because of the connection with the King of Animals and the Plant Goddess she has this ability. Merging with Fluffles, she becomes the Life Goddess. While she is in this mode she has a very powerful armor (Fluffles), increased speed and power, and can use Fluffles abilities as well. Once she leaves this form however she is useless for a page, not being able to use any powers during the cooldown time after using it.

The following has been buffed:

Alanna’s choker can now be used multiple times in Free Mode. During Plot Mode (or important plot related battles) she can use the choker for 1 mission (or 3 battles). The battery can only be fully charged at the beginning of a chapter. Alanna cannot use: Awakened Lilac

Abilities:

Name: Lilac's Awakening
Cost: 5 per Lilac post (cannot be activated with 4 energy or less. Energy does not drain on the post it was used on. Energy will start draining in-side of combat, and if activated outside of combat, energy will not be drained. Lilac can only activate this when she is emotioanlly triggered, similar to Alanna).
Duration: Until Lilac runs out of energy or chooses to stop it.
Range: N/A
Cooldown: Untill Alanna transforms back to Lilac again. If Lilac does not transform back into Alanna, 2 chapters.

Description: Lilac becomes heavenly, improving her abilities, calculation, and giving her 6 angelic wings and a halo. In this form, the following are also buffed:

Lilac charges up her energy and increases her calculation power as well as her abilities damage by 2 times their normal damage, and 2 times their normal impact.

Lilac's skills cost no energy, but however drains 5 energy per post. Upon deactivating the skill or reaching 0 energy, Lilac will then go back to being Alanna, and fall asleep. The ammount of posts Alanna is asleep for depends on the following formula: 3( Lilac's Max energy - Lilac's Current energy / 5 ). If Lilac does not use any energy while she is awakened, deactivating her awakened form will turn her back to normal Lilac instead.

Lilac can now continue her redirection while using Mind Hacking.

Lilac can fully concentrate on her calculations no matter what.

Vector Manipulation: If the calculations done were to be manipulated to nullify the effect, instead it would automatically adjust to the disruptance. If there was an error, the calculations will be automatically corrected, and the application will still go through.

Because she is given wings, she does not need to use her flight ability. These wings allow
Lilac to fly, blow powerful gusts of wind, compress the wind blown from the wings into plasma, Lilac to use them as blades, and Lilac to form 2 tornadoes which blast her opponent extremely far. She can fly up to Mach 7 speed.

Lilac is immune to any kind of Status infliction and illusions.

Lilac's abilities are not considered spiritual in this form. Lilac herself in this form is also not considered spiritual.

In this form, Lilac cannot support any spirits, but can still use her own powers, even without a spirit. She also still has excess to Millia's "Radar Sense" and her "Unique Sensory Perception"

This ability cannot be used by Alanna's Choker.

Name: The Awakened Railgun

Cooldown: 8 shots per minute
Description: Lilac can fire metal objects at three times the speed of sound by forming parallel currents on both sides of her arm with her electricity. Her railgun has a muzzle velocity of 1030 m/s (2307.2 mph), and can be fired at a rate of 8 shots per minute. She can fire multiple coins at once creating a Rail-Shotgun. She primarily uses arcade coins as her projectiles for portability. The power of the railgun will be as strong as if Jade, Alanna Alanna, Millia, and Alanna's railgun were also powering the railgun. Because of this, Lilac's moral raises, allowing her to put more power into the railgun.

As a side effect, the blast will drop heavenly feathers, which on contact with the railgun, or the feathers will make the target lose all of their memories OR if their memory has been whiped, restore their memories. Memories that must be restored cannot be restored unless Lilac knows the memories of that person, or if their memories have been whiped by Lilac before. The feathers on contact also break illusions, and will also turn on the brain of the victim. This railgun can only be used when Lilac is awakened.

The shadows can cut through extremely strong materials and even eat things. Basically, it's Pride from FMAB. The shadows think on their own and can extend in range.

In this form, she is a warrior with the same abilities, except now she regenerates 1 energy for every post that is NOT made by her, halves the cost of all of her skills, and lets her blast her enemies with darkness. Her abilities can now damage immortal beings. This skill can only be used when someone or something she cares about is injured or killed. Tara cannot control this form in any way, it will simply destroy everything until it is defeated, then Death Matter will transform back into a Tara who will be in a coma.

Description: Lilac can use her vectors to analyze spells and songs, such has Shinyo's Magic, and Viola's songs, and replicate them. However in turn, Lilac damages her own body, spitting out blood and damaging organs.

Added Buff to Awakened Lilac:

She understands laws that are hitherto unknown and unexplainable to her.
She no longer needs contact with vectors to control them.
Her wings do all of her calculations, making them faster then her normal calculation speed. (Which is fast already)
Preforming Spell Replication will not damage Lilac's body.

Description: A giant sword that has every enchantment Tara currently possesses(Except for Fire and Lightning). This sword is lined with runes that allow it to damage immortal beings(However, if Tara uses this weapon in a fight with a god or immortal being, regardless of whether she wins or loses, she loses 20 points after the battle). In addition, the blade can harm someone even if they teleport, phase or do anything like that.
