This is mainly influenced by how much they play in a format. If you play a lot and are good, then you get higher rating and you eventually start dueling good people at roughly your level consistently, so your win percentage could see a dip from, say, 80% to be edging towards 50% very slowly. People that are bad but have good win percentages can be players that aren't on much and just duel to like 500 rating and then the format is over even though people at their level in the 1200 rating range. If I want to get a rough idea of how good my opponent is in a war duel for example, I find checking the rating is more accurate than checking the win percentage.

i already knew that XD you basically play scrubs until 1000+ except if your me and while youre 800-900 you play 1500/10000s
