Duelist Moves That Makes You Cringe

We have all seen one time or another. Either on DN or real life someone either uses a terrible card or just does things that is just terrible and makes you cringe. Display/talk about that stuff. What terrible things have you seen duelists do that makes you facedesk?

Not at all. This was a real incident :I sadly enough an incident that happens a lot, noobs thinking they can do stuff cuz it happened in the anime...........

There was one time someone tried to Fiendish Chain like, everything in my all normal deck. This incident happened like, 6-8 time sin the same duel.

Yeah kinda sad that just because it's anime you can do it in the actual game. If that was true ygo would be on a whole new level of BS.

Ah the people who don't know the difference between normals and effects. I see them alot. Sadly I see it with duelists of high stats as well...

this guy disided it was a good idea to use dakr bribe on my mst to save the dark bribe i targeted now you peps may thingk im making this up but this acholy happend to me XD it wasent on DN or devpro it was irl i wish i recored that shit now that i think about it

Well I had two incidents, but they kind of go hand-in-hand in a way

Incident 1.) I was rocking my Red-Eyes Dragon Ruler deck when the DRs were still limited and I used Dragon Shrine to send Flamveil Guard and Red-Eyes Wyvern to the grave. The guy said to me that I could not do that. I asked why and he said cause Flamveil Guard was a Tuner and not a normal monster. I facepalmed and said to him that Guard was a normal monster and a tuner which lead to me teaching him that if a monster has no effect, it is a normal monster. This was in rated btw and so he left the game after I told him all that shit.

Incident 2.) I was using a Normal Pendulum Deck and used the trap Common Charity, which for those who do not know it is basically Allure of Darkness for Normal monsters only, and I banished my Flash Knight. The guy said that Flash Knight is not a normal monster because it is a Pendulum Monster. I then had to explain to him similar circumstances has in incident 1 and again, he left.

Me: Yes Fiendish chain does not stop Cardcar D from getting the effect. You see it has a cost of tributing itself, and fiendish chain does not stop costs. When it is tributed it is no longer on the field, thus it is unaffected by Fiendish Chain.

Guy: Are you friends with this guy or something? Appeal.

Head Admin: I am sticking to Lever10's ruling.

Guy: Appeal.

Appeal to who!? XD

I was playing rated

Me: I xyz summoned and used his eff

Guy: no

Me: y not?

Guy: That's not xyz material that's just a monster

Me: explains xyzs

Guy: whatever cheater just play

A few turns later

Me: activates call of the haunted

Guy: NO

Me: why?

Guy: it's you're turn you can only activate traps on my turn noob

Me: no

Guy: you've cheated twice I'm done (calls admin)

He leaves as soon as I explain what's going on to the admin. Ya.

Well someone summoned Nekroz Trish and didn't have a card in hand with BLS on the field so he went
AFK until i was a doof and admitted defeat... double dumb both people are members of the academy... Zero knows (but it isn't him)

Aah dumb as fuck plays, everyone does them from time to time and now I'll tell you the funniest one I've seen.

I had king tiger wanghu on the field (those who know the card good, those who don't: Google)
Well other than wanghu, I had 2 burden of the mighties on the field.

So then my opponent tries to summon jd. Well as you might know burden makes the opponents monsters lose 100 atk for every level and jd has 8, soo jd atk was at a whopping 1400 which activates wanghu eff to destroy it.
After that funny incident, he tries again to summon jd, on the same turn as the other was destroyed. Wanghu eff and the guy rage quits.

When my opponent keeps using Riageki or Dark Hole on my Yang Zings or traps on my trap immune monsters. OH OH! When someone tries to MST my ZWs with Lightning Blade equipped.

People summoning 101 in attack mode and taking my monster while I have a full 6 card hand and set no backrow

this one time this kid try to gemini summon with only 1 gemini monster

basicly what he did was summon the gemini monster so i was like ok his next turn comes around and he says gemini summon waiting for the second monster but no second monster he said you dont need a second monster to gemini summon i was liek he even read the text and said the same dam thing i was like "da fuq DO YOU EVEN YUGIOH BRAW" neo can voudge for that she was there to XD

Wtf are you talking about? You only need one monster to gemini summon. Gemini monsters are treated as normal monsters on the field and in the grave. While face-up on the field, you can normal summon that same monster to make it an effect monster, unless it is stated otherwise on the card (such as the Noble Knight geminis). So unless it was, say, a Noble Knight deck, he was right to gemini summon with that same monster.

Just ended a duel. Kid activated MST and targeted my monster instead of my s/t.

I faced a dude in rated once with my Constelar deck and he had this stun deck with shit like Banner of Courage and Scrap Iron Scarecrow. Anyway pretty much he was stunning my attacks with that Scarecrow and he litteraly thought Banner gave him a boost on my turn.

Anyway that's not the main kicker of the duel. That would go to me summoning Omega with my Pleiades up. I attack with Omega and it goes through, then when I attack with Pleiades, he tried to scrap Iron it. I told him Omega prevents Spells and Trap from being used on all my currant Constellars until the end of this turn.

In responce, he just rage quits. I thought, "Wow, so much salt in those veins."

This wasn't too long ago, it was hilarious though. So i decided to try out the duelist pool once in a while then near the end of the duel it was 2900 Me and 2200 Opponent. I had no cards in my hand but one face down on field and my opponent had 2 cards face down and i top decked a kris the crack of dawn. I summoned Kris then he used Bottomless (For people who dont know Kris, the card cannot be destroyed by spell/trap effects once per turn) so i said ok then put a counter on kris to resemble his once per turn effect has been used. "Kris is banished" he said so i tried explaining kris's effect then "But...Bottomless doesn't destroy" so im like Uuughhh people who can't read most of the time get on my nerve so i had to wait for an admin then admin ruled it in my favor. After the admin left we continued I attacked with kris then the attack was ok so my opponent took 1900 LP then i activated swallows nest which i had face down from the turn prior to this. I tributed Kris then brought out another kris. I attacked with the new kris then he activates Mirror force. As always i put a counter on kris to resemble that i already used that effect "But you already used kris's effect you cheater send it to the grave now!" Admin came back he ruled it in my favor again THEN the guy decided he wanted an Appeal, Senior Admin came and ruled it in my favor so he got even more salty and said this "YOU GUYS ARE ALL CHEATERS! I KNOW IM RIGHT BECAUSE THE EFFECT IS ONLY ONCE PER TURN! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS CALLING YOURSELF ADMINS!" theeeeeen i believe he got banned? dont remember name though should have screenshotted it .-.
