So I need a new anime to watch. GO!

WEll, as the title says, I'd LOVE some suggestions. However, to save us all the pain of you guys giving me ideas, and me saying "Well, no I've seen that already" or "Not really my genre..." let me give you a guide line of sorts.



K, so, I'd really like to see something semi current. By that I mean, perhaps made within the last 2 years, so anything from 2013 onward should be fine. Of course, if you have a suggestion you think I'd like and it's older than that, feel free to suggest it anyway. Also, genre can be anything but by far my favorite genre is Psychological and/or supernatural. If you've seen Psycho-Pass, or Bakemonogatari, both of those rank among my all time favorite anime and I'd def say they are Psychological and/or Supernatural. Death Parade would be another similar one I adore.

Sorry for the long message o-o I take my anime seriously XD. If your suggested anime does not fit those genres, that's fine of course, just saying if you know one of those genre anime please suggest it as well.

Ok so, in order to keep from you saying an anime I've seen, but also to prevent me from having a HUGE list, I'm going to list only the anime I've seen that are newish, within like the last year. Since I asked for possibly newish anime, use this list to check and see if one of your suggestions appears among it.

I don't watch that much anime, but I read so much manga that I know so many series when released in anime, I usually jump on them.

Let's put up some animes:

-Trinity Seven(Action, Comedy, Supernatural, Ecchi, Harem) A boy named Arata becomes an magician and is sent to a school where he is going to learn how to control his powers, ecchi follows. Year:2014

-Death Billiards(also known as Death parade episode 0) Dunno if you have seen this but this is where Death Parade started as in like the year 2013

-Akame ga kill(Action, Adventure, Fantasy) Tatsumi "the main character" comes to the city to find work, but encounters a group of assassins trying to destroy the empire. Year:2014

-Magi: The kingdom of magic(Action, Adventure, Super power, Magic, Fantasy) Follows the adventures of Aladdin and his friends Alibaba and Morgiana. Year:2014

-Log Horizon(Action, Adventure, Game, Magic, Fantasy) People get sucked into a game, and can't get out. Something similar to SAO, but completely different. Has a second season that has already finished. Years:2013-2014

-Shokugeki no Soma(Ecchi, School, Shounen) Completely different than anything else on the list. This is a story about a boy named Soma that can cook, goes to a school that teaches cooking, hilarity follows. Oh, and if you were wondering why does it have an Ecchi category? Lets just say that something similar to food orgasms follow. Year:2015

-Denpa Kyoshi(Comedy, Harem, School, Romance) A neet starts teaching, surprise the teacher is a genius, but just couldn't care less about doing anything else than updating his anime blog. Year:2015

And is death billiards the same as ep 1 of death parade, where the first game they play is darts?

Actually no, it's ep 0 and they're playing billiards like the name suggests.
