Spirit Force: Chapter 4 [Creation]

Jaden looked at Rex "And you, stop feeling sorry for yourself, we need your brains, we will find a use for you once we have an HQ"

Shinyo nodded and said, "I agree with you all. Even though I am not native to the human world, I have found that which I care for and wish to protect. Everyone on this ship, I care for especially. I never thought I would be given a refugee when I first came to this world, but then I met Viola and then all of you. I am proud to call everyone on this ship my family and my comrades in arms. And trust me everyone, I intend to help our cause until the very end of the journey."

Viola came from behind Shinyo and said, "Me too. I am glad to call everyone here my family as well."

Shinyo looked at Viola and his heart lightened a bit and he said, "Excuse me, I am going to go check on my supplies." While walking away, Shinyo felt his heart beat and remembered his past for a bit. He then whispered to himself, "Mother... Father... I finally found it. A true family on your levels." With that, Shinyo went to his room and he smiled as a tear went down his face. His aura, he knew, was a deep sad blue. "So these are true tears of joy..." said Shinyo as he then went to make sure the supplies were in order.

Rex sighed. "I ain't as smart as Gajeel here....not nearly. I'm just some dog. I'm overshadowed by everyone Jaden. People like Gajeel, Raiden, Kiru, and even YOU of all people are more than likely smarter than me. I'm just in the way."

Lilac decides to hide the halo and her wings, for atleast right now. She wouldn't need her awakened form for anything at this moment. She doesn't reply to Jaden as she exits the area and heads for a different part of the ship.

Jaden frowned "Rex we need you on the team, like it or not your family, you will find your place soon don't worry" Jaden looked out over the horizon as they approached sky island.

"I know....I just feel left out. I'm like the family dog....that's actually exactly what I am in this situation. In a family, and I'm the dog."

Jaden laughs "Your our friend, our ally,our family and you are not our pet" The Icarus arrives at Sky island. Jaden lands the ship and slowly climbs out while being greeted by an old man "Jaden your alive! I heard your father was killed at that #69 had been wiped out... I feared the worst...who are these people with you?" The man asked. Jaden laughed and grinned "My team, Collin meet team Eclipse, team Eclipse meet collin"

Echo eyes Collin, observing his aura carefully. Although he seemed like he could do some damage, he certainly wasn't dangerous. She extended a hand towards him.

"Greeting. I am Echo."

Collins smiled and shook Echo's hand before looking between her and Jaden "You two seem to be certainly close if I say so myself" Collin laughed lightly "Took you long enough Jaden, be good to her, she is a keeper" Collin advised Jaden before looking out at the rest of the team.

Lilac goes over to leave the ship. "Kid we're here." Lilac says as Last Order follows behind Lilac, who is now walking on the island.

Shinyo threw on his cloak and left the ship with Viola at his side. He then met Collins and shook his hand. Shinyo said, "Hello there. I am Shinyo. Pleasure to meet you." Viola then shook his hand and said, "And I am Viola. Nice to meet you."

Collin nodded and shook both of their hands, smiling the whole time "It's nice to see Jaden has finally found a good group of friends, especially since his last group died" Collin finished speaking while jaden froze and tensed up, Collin looked at Jaden "What...did you not...umm terribly sorry excuse what I said"

"...Hi...I'm Rex."He extended his palm, sighing lightly.

"My name's Gajeel Volk. It is a neutral pleasure to meet you."

Collin shook Rex's hand and smiled lightly at him and Gajeel before looking back at Jaden

shina walked up to the man wiht a blank expreshion and said "my names shina nice to meet you.." she than moved her hand out to shake his hand

Collin shook shina's hand "Pleasure to meet you, and o ce again ignore what I umm said"he looked at the ship deep in thought

Echo seemingly tenses up a bit, staring at the old man through her bandages.

"Your aura... it betrays regret and sorrow. What happened to the 'last group'?"

The old man sighs "Two years ago...Eric assigned Jaden to lead a team and find the location of Akuma..when they arrived at Akuma's base he....tore everyone to shreds...he beat Jaden to near death and said next time he saw Jaden he wouldn't be so kind..." The man looked at all of them "After that Jaden was labeled a failure by the SF and was forced to deal with the backlash from friends and family of the ones who perished...then about two months ago Eric started training Jaden to be a better leader and then you all showed up I suppose"

Lilac starts to clap at Colin's story. "Good story bro."

shina remained silent the entire time

at a near by clif face a man stoop at the tip of it looking down at team eclipse the mand was wearing a all white hoody with the hood up aswell as a scull neck less "why dont you look at that new people.. but one seams familer" the man said looking right at shina "well its oviosu were there going to might aswell meet them there.." the man than got a smirk on his face and walked away

"I already knew that." Gajeel sighed and rubbed his ears. "I want to get this over with."

"i hate to interupt but we came here for a reason right?" said shina looking at jaden
